শুরুর কথা
আপনার সন্তানের তথ্য আমাদের কাছে আমানত। সোনামণি চালায় CodesValley (বাংলাদেশ)। এই নোটিসে সহজ ভাষায় লেখা আছে আমরা কোন তথ্য রাখি, কেন রাখি, তা কোথায় থাকে, আর আপনি কীভাবে সবকিছু নিজের নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখবেন।
আমরা কী তথ্য রাখি
আপনি অ্যাপে যা লেখেন: সন্তানের নাম, জন্মতারিখ, লিঙ্গ, টিকা, ওজন-উচ্চতার মাপ, মাইলস্টোন, খেলা, অসুখ, ওষুধ, ডাক্তার ভিজিট, প্রেসক্রিপশন ও কাগজের টিকা কার্ডের ছবি, আপনার লেখা মনে রাখার কথা, আর মা'র মন অংশে দেওয়া উত্তর।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট
সন্তান যোগ করার আগে ইমেইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে লগ ইন করতে হয়। আপনার ইমেইল, অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার সময় আর ট্রায়াল বা প্রিমিয়ামের অবস্থা অনলাইনে থাকে। সন্তানের তথ্য আপনার ফোনে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে বাঁধা থাকে, যাতে একই ফোনে অন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট তা খুলতে না পারে।
ওয়েবসাইটে প্ল্যান কেনা। ওয়েবসাইটে (আর অ্যাপে যেখানে দেখানো হয়) প্ল্যান কেনা হয় বিকাশ, নগদ বা রকেটে আমাদের দেওয়া নম্বরে টাকা পাঠিয়ে; তারপর যে নম্বর থেকে পাঠালেন আর লেনদেনের TrxID লিখে জমা দেন। প্রিমিয়াম চালুর আগে আমাদের কর্মীরা তা আমাদের হিসাবের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে দেখেন। ওয়েবসাইটে কার্ডে পেমেন্ট নেওয়া হয় না; কার্ডে কেনা যায় শুধু অ্যাপ থেকে Google Play দিয়ে। বিকাশ, নগদ বা রকেটের পিন আমরা কখনো চাই না, দেখিও না। প্রিমিয়াম চালু করা আর হিসাব রাখার জন্য আমরা রাখি লেনদেনের নম্বর, প্ল্যান, টাকা, সময়, পেমেন্টের অবস্থা, আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল, যে নম্বর থেকে টাকা পাঠালেন আর TrxID। পেমেন্ট মিলিয়ে দেখতে আর সমস্যা হলে আপনাকে সাহায্য করতে শুধু আমাদের দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত কর্মীরা এগুলো দেখতে পান। এই তথ্য হিসাবের আইন যতদিন রাখতে বলে ততদিন রাখা হয়।
Google Play থেকে কেনা। Google Play থেকে নেওয়া অ্যাপে প্ল্যানের টাকা দেওয়া হয় Google Play-র নিজের পেমেন্টে। পেমেন্ট Google তার নিজের প্রাইভেসি নীতিতে প্রক্রিয়া করে; আপনার কার্ডের নম্বর আমরা দেখি না। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রিমিয়াম চালু করতে Google Play আমাদের কেনার টোকেন, প্ল্যান আর নবায়নের অবস্থা জানায়, যা আমাদের সার্ভার Google-এর সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে দেখে।
নতুন সংস্করণের খবর আর টিমের ঘোষণা। নোটিফিকেশন চালু থাকলে অ্যাপের নতুন সংস্করণ এলে আর সোনামণি টিমের জরুরি ঘোষণা জানাতে অ্যাপটা Google-এর Firebase Cloud Messaging সেবায় নিবন্ধিত হয়। এই খবর পৌঁছে দিতে Google একটা ডিভাইস শনাক্তকারী পায়; আপনার নাম, ইমেইল বা সন্তানের কোনো তথ্য যায় না। নতুন সংস্করণের খবর সেটিংসের “নতুন সংস্করণের খবর” থেকে, আর ঘোষণা ফোনের নোটিফিকেশন সেটিংসের “ঘোষণা” থেকে বন্ধ করা যায়। নতুন সংস্করণ আছে কিনা দেখতে অ্যাপ শুধু সংস্করণের তালিকা পড়ে; এতে আপনার কোনো তথ্য পাঠানো হয় না।
তথ্য কোথায় থাকে
সন্তানের স্বাস্থ্য ও খেলার তথ্য, আপনার লেখা মনে রাখার কথা, আর মা'র মন অংশের উত্তর আপনার ফোনেই থাকে, যদি না আপনি নিচের দুটি অনলাইন সুবিধার কোনোটা নিজে চালু করেন।
অনলাইন কপি। সেটিংস থেকে অনলাইন কপি চালু করে “কপি রাখুন” চাপলে সন্তানের নাম, জন্মতথ্য, টিকা, ভিটামিন, বৃদ্ধি, মাইলস্টোন, লক্ষণ, ডাক্তার ভিজিট, ওষুধ, খেলা আর মনে রাখার কথার একটা অনলাইন কপি রাখা হয়। নতুন তথ্য নিজে থেকে যায় না; কপি আপডেট করতে আবার বোতাম চাপতে হয়। ছবি আর মা'র মন অংশের উত্তর এই কপিতে যায় না।
সহকারীর খসড়া। মনে রাখার কথা লেখার সময় “লিখে বলুন” ব্যবহার করলে আপনার লেখা বাক্যটা আমাদের সার্ভারে যায়, যেখান থেকে একটা খসড়া তৈরি হয়ে আপনার কাছে ফেরে, আপনি মিলিয়ে দেখেন। বাক্য আর খসড়া ৩০ দিন রাখা হয়, তারপর মুছে যায়। সন্তানের অন্য কোনো তথ্য যায় না। এই সুবিধায় কোনো AI সেবাদাতা যুক্ত হলে বাক্যটা আমাদের চুক্তির আওতায় সেই সেবাদাতা প্রক্রিয়া করবে; চালু করার আগে এই নোটিসে তার নাম জানানো হবে।
ডাক্তার খোঁজা
ডাক্তারদের তালিকা সবার জন্য খোলা তথ্য, আমাদের কর্মীরা প্রত্যেক পেশাজীবীর সম্মতি নিয়ে প্রকাশ করেন। তালিকা দেখতে অ্যাকাউন্ট লাগে না। “আমার জেলা খুঁজুন” চাপলে আপনার ফোন একবার আনুমানিক অবস্থান দেখে কাছের জেলা বেছে নেয়; অবস্থানটা রাখা হয় না, আমাদের কাছেও পাঠানো হয় না। জেলা সবসময় নিজেও বাছতে পারেন। ভুল তথ্য জানালে সেই রিপোর্ট আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে যুক্ত থাকে, যাতে কর্মীরা খোঁজ নিতে পারেন।
আপনার তথ্য কে দেখে
ফোনে রাখা তথ্য আপনার ফোনেই থাকে, আপনার হাতে। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট, ব্যবহারের অবস্থা, আর আপনি চালু করলে অনলাইন কপি ও সহকারীর খসড়া আপনি ও অনুমোদিত কর্মীরা প্রয়োজনমতো দেখতে পারেন। আমরা সন্তানের তথ্য বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য শেয়ার করি না, অ্যাপে বিজ্ঞাপনও দেখাই না।
ছবি ও মনে করিয়ে দেওয়া
ডাক্তার ভিজিটের ছবি রাখার আগে ছবি থেকে অবস্থান ও ক্যামেরার তথ্য সরিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। টিকা, ওষুধ, ডাক্তার ভিজিট আর মনে রাখার কথার নোটিফিকেশন আপনার ফোনেই তৈরি হয়।
আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণ
- অ্যাপে সব তথ্য দেখতে ও বদলাতে পারেন।
- সেটিংস থেকে ফোনের তথ্য ডাউনলোড বা মুছতে পারেন। অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলেও সেই ফোনের তথ্য মুছে যায়।
- সেটিংস থেকে নতুন অনলাইন কপি রাখা বন্ধ করতে বা আগের অনলাইন কপি মুছতে পারেন। ফোনের তথ্য মুছলে অনলাইন কপি নিজে থেকে মুছে যায় না।
- অ্যাপের সেটিংস → “অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন” থেকে, বা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট (https://pay.sonamoni.app/delete-account) থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে পারবেন। এতে অ্যাকাউন্ট, ফ্রি সময় বা প্রিমিয়ামের অবস্থা আর অনলাইন কপি মুছে যায়; পেমেন্টের রেকর্ড হিসাবের আইন যতদিন রাখতে বলে ততদিন থাকে, তবে আর কোনো অ্যাকাউন্টের সঙ্গে যুক্ত থাকে না। সহকারীর খসড়া বা ভুল-তথ্যের রিপোর্ট মুছতে, বা লগ ইন করতে না পারলে, privacy@codesvalley.com-এ লিখুন। ফোনের তথ্য মুছলে অনলাইন অ্যাকাউন্ট নিজে থেকে মুছে যায় না।

A few words first
Your child's information is held in trust. Sonamoni is run by CodesValley (Bangladesh). This notice explains, in plain words, what we keep, why, where it stays, and how you stay in control of it.
Information we keep
Information you add to the app may include your child's name, date of birth, gender, vaccinations, growth measurements, development, play activities, illnesses, medicines, doctor visits, photos of prescriptions and of the paper EPI card, follow-up reminders you write, and answers you give in the Maa'r Mon section.
Your account
You sign in with an email address and password before adding a child. We keep your email address, registration time, and trial or premium status online. Your child's records are linked to your account on your phone so that another account on the same phone cannot open them.
Buying a plan on the website. On our website (and in the app where it is offered), plans are bought by sending money with bKash, Nagad or Rocket to the number we show, then entering the number you sent from and the transaction ID (TrxID). Our staff check it against our statement before premium starts. The website does not take card payments; cards can only be used in the app, through Google Play. We never ask for or see bKash, Nagad or Rocket PINs. To switch on premium and keep accounts, we store the transaction number, plan, amount, time, payment status, your account email, the number you sent from and the TrxID. Only our authorised staff can see them, to confirm payments and to help you if something goes wrong. We keep this information for as long as accounting law requires.
Buying through Google Play. In the Google Play version of the app, plans are paid through Google Play's billing. Google processes the payment under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. Google Play gives us the purchase token, plan and renewal status, which our server checks with Google to switch on premium for your account.
New-version notices and team notices. If notifications are allowed, the app registers with Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can tell you when a new version is available and send important notices from the Sonamoni team. Google receives a device identifier to deliver them; your name, email address and your child's records are not sent. You can turn off new-version notices in Settings under “নতুন সংস্করণের খবর”, and team notices in your phone's notification settings under “ঘোষণা”. To check for a new version the app only reads the list of versions; nothing about you is sent.
Where your information stays
Your child's health and play records, your reminders, and your Maa'r Mon answers stay on your phone unless you choose one of the two online features below.
Online copy. If you enable Online copy in Settings and tap to save, we keep an online copy of your child's name, birth details, vaccines, vitamins, growth, development, symptoms, doctor visits, medicines, play records and reminders. New records are not uploaded automatically; you must tap again to update the copy. Photos and Maa'r Mon answers are excluded.
Assistant drafts. If you use "লিখে বলুন" on the reminder form, the sentence you typed is sent to our server, which turns it into a draft for you to check. The sentence and the draft are kept for 30 days so you can review them, then deleted. No other child records are sent. When an AI provider is switched on for this feature, the sentence is processed by that provider under our contract; this notice will name the provider before it is enabled.
Finding a doctor
The doctor list is public information published by our staff with each professional's consent. Reading the list does not use your account. If you tap "find my district", your phone uses an approximate location once to pick the nearest district; the location itself is not stored and is not sent to us. You can always choose the district yourself. If you report a wrong detail, the report is linked to your account so staff can follow up.
Who sees your information
Information stored on your phone stays on your phone, in your hands. You and authorized staff can view your account and access status and, if you enable it, the online copy and assistant drafts when needed. We do not share children's information for advertising and show no ads in the app.
Photos and reminders
Before a doctor-visit photo is saved, its location and camera details are removed. Vaccination, medicine, doctor-visit and reminder notifications are handled on your phone.
Your choices
- You can view and correct information in the app.
- You can download or delete information stored on your phone from Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes information stored on that phone.
- You can stop saving new online copies or delete an existing online copy in Settings. Deleting data from your phone does not automatically delete its online copy.
- You can delete your account in the app (Settings → “অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন”) or on our website (https://pay.sonamoni.app/delete-account). This deletes your account, its trial or premium status and any online copy; payment records are kept, no longer linked to an account, for as long as accounting law requires. To delete assistant drafts or correction reports, or if you cannot sign in, email privacy@codesvalley.com. Deleting information on your phone does not automatically delete your online account.
